Molteni&C Scottsdale Flagship Store Now Open

Molteni&C inaugurates the newest Flagship Store in Scottsdale, demonstrating the brand’s rapid growth in the contemporary design scene of the American market.

With this new Flagship Store in Scottsdale Art District, Molteni&C takes another step in expanding its presence in the US interior design market. The Store, opened in partnership with THE BAZAAR, marks a significant collaboration with founder Jennifer Wilson. Since founding the BAZAAR in 2019, Wilson has leveraged over a decade of home design expertise to introduce premium European modern style and sophistication to her Southwest clients.

Molteni&C and THE BAZAAR have established themselves as a central hub for contemporary design, offering a one-stop resource for the best in contemporary design. From inspiration to installation, THE BAZAAR and Molteni&C provide comprehensive design support.

The Flagship Store is located in the Scottsdale Arts District, in Downtown Scottsdale. This vibrant district is home to some of the country’s finest art galleries in an exciting and walkable environment. Interwoven with the art galleries, the space offers one of a kind high end fashion and clothing boutiques, world class jewelers, and some very interesting independent retailers.

Spanning nearly 300 square meters, the store features living, kitchen, and dining areas that immerse visitors in the timeless Italian style of Molteni&C.

This Flagship Store is a conceptual celebration, an ode to the protagonists of the architecture world. Within the walls of the store are works by great masters and designers of cities, spaces, interiors, and furnishings, such as Vincent Van Duysen, Naoto Fukasawa, Rodolfo Dordoni, to name a few. In line with Molteni&C’s ethos, the space exudes the idea of a cozy, reassuring and welcoming home, but one that also succeeds in evolving with the times.

From the main entrance, the Arc table, designed by Foster + Partners, paired with the Janet chair by Vincent Van Duysen, welcomes guests into the store. The 505 library provides the perfect backdrop for this inviting setting.

The first living area fatures the Marteen sofa by Van Duysen and the D.154.5 armchair, designed by Gio Ponti and part of Molteni&C Heritage Collection.

The Hi-line 6 kitchen, designed by Van Duysen, is the first kitchen composition on display. The combination of varied materials- such as Vulcano ceramic used for the worktop, backsplash, and base unit doors, the Thermo oak of the table and doors, and metal-effect Lunar of the Atelier Columns- along with the interplay of solids and voids, creates a dynamic and sophisticated kitchen.

Vincent Van Duysen’s modern marvel, the Gliss Master wardrobe system, is the highlight of Molteni&C’s night collection, offering a fascinating closet solution on display. The uniquely designed Gliss Master, with the Blend doors and the Beauté by Dordoni, and the Gliss Master island, creates a functional wardrobe area.

Completing the area, the Cinnamon armchair by Naoto Fukasawa and the Regent coffee table.

Guests will also discover a second kitchen composition featuring the Intersection island and snack table, along with the Tivalì kitchen. The Superwhite marble of the worktop, backsplash and island base unit doors perfectly integrates with the Sunrise oak of the columns, wall base unit doors, and snack table, as well as the matt pearl lacquer of the Tivalì and columns doors.

As visitors continue through the store, they encounter a living area showcasing the Surf sofa, designed by Yabu Pushelberg, framed by the Vibrazioni Carpet by Marta Ferri and the Hector bookcase by Van Duysen.

The result is a welcoming space, exquisitely crafted with Italian products, creating a high-impact setting that showcases the Molteni&C collections in all its splendor, with the aim of creating a warm, experiential layout to inspire the culture of living well.
